Once we arrive in Lima, we will be pick up and transfer to the hotel.

Afternoon:. Lima City tour

At 2pm, transfer from our accommodation to start our Lima city tour, we will start with Visit to “Pucllana Pyramid” then Historical Center of Lima with more than fifty monuments and Colonial edifications, such as the Paseo de la República, the San Martín Square, the Main Square, the Government Palace, the Archbishop’s Palace, the Cathedral Basilica, and the City Council Palace amongst others, San Francisco Convent. Return to hotel in Lima around 6pm

Overnight in Lima

Depart from Lima between 6:30 am – 7:00 am, from the hotel in Lima.

We will have a stop for breakfast (not included) between 9:30 am – 10:00 am Breakfast stops at the unique bread oven: the freshest bread in Peru!

At 12:00 pm we will have a guided tour of the Secret Slave Tunnels of Hacienda San José and we will discover the amazing secret tunnels. Once used to smuggle slaves, these tunnels can be found below the hacienda, where you will also learn about a darker side of Peruvian history.

 Around 2:00 pm we will arrive at the beautiful little town of Paracas by the sea.

We will have the rest of the day free to walk along the quiet beach and enjoy the beautiful sunset or enjoy some of the tastiest seafood in Peru in this small town by the sea.

Overnight in Paracas

After breakfast at the hotel, we will be transferred to the port of Paracas to begin our 2-hour boat tour of the Ballestas Islands. The Ballestas are a smaller version of the Galapagos, and just as great. You will see sea lions, penguins, and many birds in their natural habitat. If you are lucky, you may even see a dolphin or three!

At 11:00 am we will have our tour of the Paracas National Reserve, one of the largest protected desert reserves in South America. Stunning Pacific coast where the desert meets the ocean.

Around 1:00 pm we will leave by bus from Paracas to Huacachina, a small natural oasis located in the Ica desert.

Where we will have 2 hours of exciting buggy and sandboard rides: get on the buggies and practice sandboarding in the largest dunes in South America. A unique experience in the only natural desert oasis in South America.

We will be leaving back to Lima at 7:00 pm with approximate arrival at 11:45 pm. Transfer to accommodation 

Overnight in Lima

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
