Night at hotel in Lima

09:40am pick up from accommodation in Lima and departure to start our gastronomic tour. Markets are always a fairly accurate reflection of cities. In this opportunity we will visit the popular market of Surquillo, the favorite by famous chefs. In what used to be an old shoe factory, when you enter you will see that there are wooden molds on the bar that were found in the space where today Kañete is located. A totally new and different proposal. In this thematic restaurant by the hand of the chef we will learn to cook our lunch, in addition we can taste Pisco Sour or Chilcano. You will live a unique experience learning from the best of the Peruvian cuisine. After lunch we will continue our visit to start our Lima city tour, we will start with Visit to “Pucllana Pyramid” then Historical Center of Lima with more than fifty monuments and Colonial edifications, such as the Paseo de la República, the San Martín Square, the Main Square, the Government Palace, the Archbishop’s Palace, the Cathedral Basilica, and the City Council Palace amongst others, San Francisco Convent. Return to accommodation around 6pm.

4:00 AM – 4:50 AM Pick-up from your hotel in Lima.

We will make a short stop en route to purchase breakfast (not included), including artisanal breads.

We will arrive in the town of Paracas where we will have our boat tour. During the tour, you will be able to appreciate the Candelabro (a huge geoglyph of uncertain origin). We will also observe the famous sea lions and the charming Humboldt penguins. Return to Paracas Bay.

We will have a tasting of typical sweets such as chocotejas, a local specialty.

Lunch will be en route, with ample time to enjoy the best of Ica’s cuisine.

Afterward, we will have a wine and pisco tasting at a local artisanal winery. We will taste different wines such as Burgundy, altar wine, fruit maceration, and pisco, among others. Each tasting will be accompanied by typical Ica phrases.

We will continue on to the Huacachina Oasis. This oasis arose from the upwelling of underground water currents, which allows for the growth of vegetation composed of palm trees, eucalyptus, and the carob tree known locally as huarango.

Adventure sports enthusiasts can enjoy the famous dune buggies (sand buggies) and a beautiful ride across sand dunes of varying sizes. They can also try sandboarding.

Return to your hotel in Ica.

Overnight in Ica-Huacachina.

6:30 AM Pick-up from your hotel in Ica, and we head to the city of Nazca, approximately 3 hours from Ica.

Arrival in Nazca and Nazca Overflight (13 figures). These are ancient geoglyphs located between the desert plains of Palpa and Nazca. Learn about these impressive figures. You will be able to appreciate the main figures such as the Hummingbird, the Spider, the Condor, the Whale, the Monkey, and many more. They are only visible on overflights aboard airplanes. According to archaeologist Maria Reiche, who dedicated her life to the study of the Nazca Lines, these are an astronomical calendar, the largest in the world.

The overflight lasts approximately 30 minutes.

After the overflight, we will return to the city of Ica, where you will have free time for lunch. The afternoon is free to enjoy the hotel facilities.

Overnight in Ica – Huacachina

9:00 AM Hotel pick-up and departure for Lima.

On the way, we will visit the Dromedarius Center (camel ride). Visit the Dromedarius Center and meet a family of camelids, including camels and dromedaries. Experience this wonderful adventure on a ride through the desert. The camel tour includes entrance and ride within the center, pool time, and use of the water slides. You will have over 3 hours to enjoy the facilities.

Adequate time will be available to savor the best cuisine of Ica. Return to Lima and transfer to your hotel.

Overnight in Lima.

At appropriate time, pickup from accommodation in Lina and transfer to the airport.
